Further forrays into dungeoneering

This time around, I went and made a dog danged fort for my players to breach, and a 3 floor map for them to battle into.

Alas, I planned things too poorly due to my lack of expertise in this game I’ve been playing for only a few months. I also learned that having my players scroll through a gigantic map ain’t fun at all for them.

Thus, I learned to make smaller, more concise maps, which also helps work wise, but still. Quite a wasted opportunity for this map.

Another problem I learned is that multiple floors battles are extremely caotic to keep track of. Best to have everyone floored at all times if possible. Otherwise, I really liked thinking about how the church/temple’s architecture could reveal pieces of lore and informatiion regarding the cult the players were fighting against. That’s kinda neat c:
